St Peter's Choir Launches 2019 Concert Season

We’re delighted to announce the line up for our 2019 choir concert season. Building on the success of last year’s season, this year we’ll be performing some of the best-loved works of our regular repertoire and some new additions to our repertoire, including anthems by Purcell, Scarlatti’s Stabat Mater and a selection of modern French masterpieces.

As always, we will be ending our annual concert series with our December performance of Handel’s Messiah, which has grown over the years to occupy a unique and treasured place in Melbourne’s musical calendar, as much for the authenticity of the orchestral performances as for the quality of our soloists.

We look forward to sharing this year of beautiful music with you.
